 Well drinking water is pretty self-explanatory. More than 70% of our bodies is water. Drinking water is
good for you because it keeps you hydrated. When you add lemon to your water it helps you lower
your blood pressure and also infuses the water with vitamin C antioxidants and even much-needed
potassium. If you happen to like the flavor of lemon  just cut a slice or two and  add it  to your water.
Many people also report that adding a lemon into warm water and drinking it every morning helped
them lose weight easier.
