There are so many ways nowadays that can help you lose weight really fast. Unfortunately, many of them will make you starve and feel massive discomfort. Step #1: Reducing your appetite

 If you want to reduce your appetite then you should start by cutting out sugars and carbs from your diet.
When you eat sugars the insulin levels rise up in your blood but also quickly fall making you crave more food. When you do not cause insulin spikes you crave less food and even if you crave food it is easier to control those cravings.
When you stop using carbs your body starts to burn fat. That is like putting your diet on autopilot. Your body will have no option but to tap into fat and start burning it. Also when you cut on carbs it lowers your insulin and because of that, your kidneys shed the unnecessary sodium and water from your body.
When you cut on sugar and carbs you may quickly and easily lose a few pounds and that is because of that access water.

Step #2: Eat vegetables and protein

Every time you eat,  make sure your meal includes fat source, protein source, and a low-carb vegetable

Your protein sources should be
  • Meet
  • Fish, seafood
  • Eggs

You should get your fats from
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Avocado oil
you can also use butter if you wish but do not make it your main fat source


Step #3: Increasing your metabolic rate

Cutting out carbs and eating properly will change your body and make you lose weight. But if you want to get your weight loss to another level you must work on your metabolism. Often times, when people cut on sugars and carbs and eat healthily their metabolism may slow down. This is because the body is trying to protect the fat and not lose it all. But if you start going to the gym you will increase your metabolism and make sure you get rid of unnecessary fat.
Note: if you are new to the gym always start with a trainer share with him your diet plan and ask him to guide you through your weight loss journey. Make sure you do not overtrain 


Do Carb day once a week 

Even though cutting carbs is very important to successfully losing weight it is also important to eat them at least one day per week. To stay healthy, your body still needs to take all the benefits of oats, rice, quinoa, potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruit, etc.
