Keto diet plan: Eat this one food to keep you full on your ketogenic diet plan

Following a keto diet plan, also known as the ketogenic diet, is for many a quick and effective method to lose weight.
The keto diet plan involves eating high fat, moderate protein, and low carbohydrate foods.
Eating this way puts your body into a state of ketosis, a natural process by which the body burns fat.
For those dedicated to following this diet, there is one food that will help you to stay full.
Eating eggs will help you stave off hunger on a keto diet, nutritionist Jenna Hope explained.
She said: “Eggs are high in protein and healthy fats which take longer to break down and digest therefore keeping you fuller for longer.
“Research suggests that protein helps to regulate hunger levels and food intake by increasing the thermic effect of feeding (the amount of energy required to break down and utilize food).
“Therefore eggs have been shown to stabilize and control hunger levels. 
Bored of eggs? Jenna also recommended some other foods to keep you full on a keto diet.
Earlier this year, Jenna recommended a number of healthy weight loss snacks under 100 calories to help you lose weight.
“Whilst snacking is great for helping to maintain energy and control appetite, calories whilst snacking can quickly add up and may impair weight loss,” explained Jenna.
“Therefore having these lower snack ideas to hand could help to prevent over consuming at snack time.”
She listed her seven favorite healthy snacks which contain 100 calories or less.
These include chicken, dark chocolate, tuna and Greek yogurt
